Theatre Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stage Manager to join our team at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and maintenance of our shows, events, and costumed character products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the operations teams, including casts and crews, to ensure the smooth execution of shows and events.
- Execute and maintain artistic and operational integrity of specified shows, events, or costumed character products.
- Develop and implement schedules, production books, and rehearsal plans to ensure timely and efficient production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Entertainment Theming, Operations, Production, and Theatrical Services, to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and participate in departmental safety initiatives.
- Develop and evaluate team members, and administer developmental discussions for direct reports.
- Proven supervisory stage management skills and experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate with a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Associates or BA in Theatre Management, Theatre Arts, Event Management, or equivalent professional experience.
