Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring all stages from planning to closure are seamlessly managed.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their analytics goals are met.
  • Communication: Prepare and facilitate project kick-off meetings, weekly internal scrums, and regular client checkpoints.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise with the wider Bytecode team to identify and resolve risks efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in line with project management best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Project Management within a consultancy environment.
  • Data Expertise: Understanding of data analysis and experience with data visualization and BI tools.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Documents, Slides).
  • Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of various agile methodologies and project tracking tools.
  • Multi-Project Management: Proven ability to balance priorities across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Initiative: Ability to take initiative and manage projects with minimal oversight.
