We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store/Delivery Associate to join our team at PPG - USA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver paint and supplies to retail and wholesale customers and job sites
  • Load and unload PPG vehicle while matching products to customer paperwork with accuracy
  • Complete delivery paperwork promptly, utilize vehicle technology, and maintain cleanliness of vehicle
  • Support store by providing customer support, mixing, and tinting paint, upsell products, stocking, load/unload trucks, and help maintain store cleanliness
  • Ensure PPG high service standards are maintained in the store and during deliveries to ensure customer issues are resolved
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license in the state of current residence with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record
  • Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus and stable job history
  • Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly
