Market Development Manager

">About the Role:
">- Create demand for Lotlinx products and build influential relationships with customers and dealers.
- Identify dealer pain points and align Lotlinx solutions with their business needs.
- Secure agreements and ensure smooth transitions to account management.
- Meet activity and revenue targets while utilizing best practices and industry knowledge.
Responsibilities:
">- Demand Creation: Identify and address technical needs of complex prospects, utilizing a fundamental understanding of Lotlinx solutions.
- Account Management: Develop tailored Lotlinx product solutions and execute solution selling through planned discovery processes.
- Drive dealership relationships at multiple levels, growing market share and sales.
Requirements:
">- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and dealerships.
- Complex problem solver with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and ambitious individual with excellent time management skills.
- Team player with a revenue-focused mindset and customer-centric approach.
Compensation Package:
">$85,000 base salary + uncapped commissions, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401(k).
