Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of field service technicians to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers
  • Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce downtime

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a field service management role, preferably in an industrial equipment or manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and reducing downtime
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with industrial controls, robotics, or other related technologies
  • Knowledge of electrical wiring, manufacturing techniques, and on-site assembly and installation
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software applications
