Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of field service technicians to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers
- Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce downtime
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of service activities
- Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- 5+ years of experience in a field service management role, preferably in an industrial equipment or manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and reducing downtime
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with industrial controls, robotics, or other related technologies
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, manufacturing techniques, and on-site assembly and installation
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software applications
