">We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team as a Health Benefit Representative. This is a field-based position that requires high community engagement and may involve occasional evenings and weekends. If you are fluent in English and Spanish (highly preferred), have a strong understanding of managed care and sales principles, and possess basic computer skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
">About the Role:
">The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Fidelis Care products and services by identifying membership growth opportunities in their assigned territory. They will meet or exceed production goals by enrolling individuals in the best product for their unique needs. The representative will thoroughly understand and effectively explain, communicate, recommend, and enroll individuals into the most suitable Fidelis Care product.
">To excel in this role, you must have in-depth knowledge of all Fidelis Care products, including metal products offered through the New York State of Health (NYSOH), Medicaid Managed Care, Child Health Plus, Medicare, MLTC, FIDA, and HARP. You should be able to answer product feature and benefit questions, compare and contrast Fidelis Care products and provider networks, and interact directly with individuals to educate them on healthy lifestyles, preventive care services, and assist them throughout each step of the application and enrollment process.

- Assist individuals through each step of the application and enrollment process">
- Represent Fidelis Care at various community events, marketing sites, and in individuals' homes">
- BUILD relationships within the community to find new opportunities and sites in your assigned territory">
- Deliver presentations to educate and promote Fidelis Care products to individuals, groups, providers, community-based organizations, and local business leaders">
- Thoroughly and completely understand and regularly use the Sales Force CRM as an activity tracking and lead/referral tracking tool">
About You:
">We are looking for an individual with a High School diploma or GED, required, and 2-5 years of prior experience in managed care, sales, customer service, or related experience. You should possess basic computer skills and a valid driver's license. Specific language skills may be required by some plans.
">What We Offer:
">Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay ($22.36 - $38.07 per hour), health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field, or office work schedules. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
