Job Summary

TAPESTRY 360 HEALTH is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinical Support Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our Care Team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Registration and Support: Greet patients, direct them through the registration process, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Administrative and Clerical Support: Assist with general customer service, administrative, and receptionist duties, including managing medical equipment inventory and examination rooms.
  • Patient Care Screenings: Assist with patient care screenings and provide support to medical professionals as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: A sincere interest in healthcare, ability to use computers, and CPR/BLS certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
  • Skills and Abilities: Energetic, motivated, and resourceful individual with compassion, empathy, and respect for others. Strong organizational skills, flexibility, time management skills, and a can-do attitude.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Ability to professionally and effectively communicate and interact with patients, colleagues, providers, managers, and others.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education and Training: Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program, bilingual, post-HS education or training, familiarity with medical terminology, and previous customer service and/or medical office experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using EMR systems (e.g., athenaPractice, Centricity, Epic, Praxis, Meditech, Cerner, etc.).
