Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth training and mentorship to junior data analysts and data entry personnel on information system management.
  • Assist in delivering training to data personnel on system operations and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement procedures and processes for system operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and logging tools to provide statistical data in the MegaCenter information system.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on dispatcher events to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop, document, and disseminate reports for FPS officers upon request, providing valuable insights and analysis.
  • Validate and update building information in the MegaCenter information system using the weekly GSA Rexus Report.
  • Compile and analyze GAO statistical information on a monthly basis for dissemination.
  • Input new contract employee and maintain personnel information of existing employees into the MegaCenter information system.
  • Provide a monthly report on MegaCenter response times for both emergency and non-emergency events.
  • Generate monthly reports to manage Quality Assurance Activities and FPS Officer Involved Incidents.
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in related software a plus.
