This position is part of the Nursing team, which uplifts the humanity and dignity of each person, walking alongside them on their journey towards recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and efficient dispensing of medication to clients, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to protocols.
- Collaborate with the Medical Provider to manage medication inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and update patient records.
- Coordinate guest dosing, verifying dose verifications and accurately recording patient medical notes in the electronic health record.
- Attend meetings as directed by Nursing Leadership, contributing to the development of strategies to address substance use and homelessness.
This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of addiction treatment principles, medication management, and electronic health records.
