Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at Dayton Children's. As a key member of our Speech Language Pathology department, you will be responsible for assessing and treating children with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and implement treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, patients, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordination of care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.

Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Ohio Speech Pathology License.
  • CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
