Pediatric Speech Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at Dayton Children's Hospital. As a key member of our Speech Therapy department, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations and implement treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordination of care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
- Masters degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current certification in CPR and Speech Pathology License in the State of Ohio.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate the hospital's values of safety, compassion, ownership, collaboration, innovation, and equity.
