Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. As a Java Developer, you will work with a software development team to provide enterprise system support and deliver cutting-edge solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide software expertise in one or more areas: Java application integration, Java enterprise services on an AWS Platform
  • Work with a software development team to provide enterprise system support
  • Deliver simple solutions to complex problems
  • Make the end user's experience a priority
Requirements
  • 15+ years of related experience
  • BS in Computer Science or related field
  • Required Technical Skills:
    • Front End Skills: Single Page Applications (ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML), Responsive Design
    • Back End Skills: Microservices, REST, Node.js, JVM (Java - Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.), Database (Postgres, MySQL, etc.)
    • Build Tools: maven, gradle, grunt, gulp, git, tactical and strategic improvements to large scale Java/J2EE/ products
    • Documented Experience with DevOps, CI/CD Routine
    • Documented Experience with Amazon Web Services (S3, RDS, EC2, ECS)
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Polygraph
Preferred Skills
  • Front End Skills: Angular, Salesforce
  • Documented Experience with Amazon Web Services (Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudFormation, etc.) Docker, Ansible
  • Documented Experience with Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Excellent skills in RDBMS DB Schema design and SQL development
