Position Summary:

Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive and supportive demeanor.
  • Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations; must be organized with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the service area and/or map reading skills is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional lifting of 5-10 pounds.
  • Good visual acuity and sufficient capability to operate call management systems and communication tools.
  • Regularly spends extended periods seated while using office equipment and computers (approximately 80% of the time).
  • Primarily works evenings and early mornings on the phone with customers and technicians.
  • Availability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends.

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive and proprietary business matters.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development through training opportunities.
  • Be prepared to work standard business hours outside of the regular evening schedule when necessary.
