Role Summary
The salary for this role will be established following the interview process, taking into account relevant experience and expertise.
This position is based at the Campus Headquarters.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 6 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates the core values of Campus USA, while aligning with our strategic objectives for members, staff, and the community. Upholds the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Develops, creates, and implements design solutions and materials for marketing, advertising, sales, and various communication channels.
- Collaborates with clients and stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Ensures all marketing and advertising communications, materials, and retail environments adhere to brand guidelines.
- Proficient in utilizing a range of design and editing software, including Adobe products.
- Possesses knowledge of color theory, composition, typography, print and digital design, as well as video and production management.
- Prepares and organizes layouts and design files to meet production standards and best practices.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Complies with all applicable regulations and policies.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- A combination of education and experience that equips the candidate with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively perform the essential job functions may be considered.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

- This role primarily operates in a professional office setting and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers.
