Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Wellness Professional to join our team in the West Region. As a Wellness Professional, you will be responsible for conducting biometric screenings, COVID-19 testing, and temperature checks at events. You will also provide exceptional customer service to participants and ensure accurate data capture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct participant biometric screenings, including fingerstick blood collection, blood pressure, BMI, and body fat analysis
  • Perform COVID-19 PCR testing, COVID-19 point of care antigen testing, and temperature checks
  • Ensure accurate data capture and maintain participant privacy
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to participants
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Medical credentials preferred (CNA, MA, Phlebotomist, RN, LPN, etc.)
  • Minimum 1-year experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in performing fingerstick blood collection and taking blood pressure
  • Experience with Cholestech LDX preferred
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic tablet and computer skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

State Requirements:

CA: CPT certification required for fingerstick testing

NV: CPT certification required for fingerstick testing

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift 15-30 pounds at times

Compensation:

$16-$21 per hour
