As an Assistant School Director, you will be responsible for leading a staff of talented educators and support staff in providing high-quality educational programs for Infant care through School Age.

You will work closely with the School Director to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our students and their families. You will also be responsible for pursuing enrollment growth through the execution of the COA Experience and managing day-to-day operations utilizing COA's processes, procedures, and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs for Infant care through School Age
  • Lead a staff of talented educators and support staff
  • Pursue enrollment growth through the execution of the COA Experience
  • Manage day-to-day operations utilizing COA's processes, procedures, and policies
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or related field
  • Minimum two years of leadership experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in a childcare facility or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge in early childhood education
  • Flexible in challenging situations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Commitment to professional development
  • Effective decision-making
  • Proficient in the use of technology, including industry applications and MS Office 365
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on final position, level of education, and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, paid vacation, and holidays.
