Lime is seeking a highly skilled Senior Integrations Engineer to join our Digital Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations across systems to support the operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop integration solutions that connect disparate systems, applications, and data sources, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze system requirements, data flows, and business processes to identify integration needs and potential challenges, working with stakeholders to gather and document integration requirements.
  • Implement integration solutions using various technologies and tools, such as API management platforms, Boomi, and data integration tools, ensuring proper testing and deployment.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integration solutions, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, including performance problems, data inconsistencies, and connectivity errors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including design specifications, implementation guides, and user manuals.
  • Work closely with other engineers, developers, and DT teams to ensure that integration solutions meet technical and business requirements, collaborating with vendors and third-party service providers as needed.
  • Establish and enforce best practices and standards for integration development and implementation, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve integration processes.
  • Lead or contribute to integration projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) working as an Integration Engineer or similar role, with a track record of successful integration projects.
  • Proficiency in working with integration tools and frameworks such as Boomi, Matillion, MuleSoft, or similar.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar, and experience with scripting languages for automation.
  • Proficiency in working with different databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, etc.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional, on and off-shore teams, and effectively present complex solutions to technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization, across multiple cultures/geographies.
  • Project management experience and the ability to lead and deliver integration projects on time and within scope.
  • Boomi Developer or Architect Certification is highly preferred.
