We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Sports/Fitness Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in delivering our high-quality sports programs to children aged 18 months to 12 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans based on our curriculum, ensuring a fun and safe learning environment for all participants.
  • Teach soccer skills, physical literacy, and life skills to small groups of children, promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for self and others.
  • Maintain open communication with parents, providing regular progress reports and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance coaching skills and knowledge of our curriculum.
  • Assist with setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies for classes and events.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children in a sports or fitness setting.
  • Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Knowledge of sports skills and techniques, and willingness to learn our curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and patience.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, fun, and safe learning environment for all participants.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings.
