  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization and adoption of the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide timely support and assistance to users, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues.
  • Utilize Salesforce reporting and analytics tools to extract insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize business processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and the impact of CRM initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by coaching, providing feedback, and offering training opportunities to develop team members' skills and career paths.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices. Act as a Salesforce advocate within the organization, promoting the value and benefits of the platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and CRM product management.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Oracle CPQ is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of driving successful CRM initiatives and achieving measurable results.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to excel in fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities.
  • Proven ability to independently manage tasks and priorities, accurately estimate work, and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to quality and excellent customer service to end-users.
