Our client is seeking an Administrative Coordinator and Financial Specialist with a strong background in QuickBooks and tax preparation. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of office activities and administrative functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial statements, overseeing profit-loss reports and balance sheets, processing payroll, and facilitating the onboarding of new staff. Additionally, the role includes maintaining office supplies, equipment, facilities, and IT requirements. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships are crucial, as this position often serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
