Salary

We are offering a competitive salary range of $93,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience. This includes a base salary of $90,000 and additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder, as well as referral bonuses and other incentives.

About the Role

">

This is a full-time position that requires a commitment to excellence in patient care. As a CVICU Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans, while also promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • An unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the State of Arkansas.">
  • At least 2 years of acute care experience, preferably in a CVICU setting.">
  • BLS through the American Heart Association is required.">
  • ACLS through the American Heart Association is required.">
