Job Description

This full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in our CVICU department, where you will provide direct patient care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, triage patients, and develop individualized health plans.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, collecting and documenting assessment data, and implementing treatment plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Acting as a resource and mentor to new staff members and students
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues related to patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or an equivalent degree from an accredited program
  • A valid Registered Nursing License in the State of Arkansas
  • A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nursing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
