Job Description

Ole Mexican Foods, INC is committed to delivering exceptional quality and freshness in our products. As a Consumer Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary contact with consumers to address their feedback and concerns regarding our products.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and customers to resolve quality issues.
  • Work closely with QA Managers and Plant Managers to ensure consumer issues are effectively addressed.
  • Manage quality issues on our website, including updating product lists and QA catalogs.
  • Coordinate and perform training for new Consumer Care system users.
  • Prepare and distribute QA food safety newsletters monthly.
  • Send complaint samples to external laboratories for analysis.
  • Follow up with consumers on coupons and products sent by FedEx/UPS.
  • Manage consumer complaints and encourage customers to bring back products with foreign materials.
  • Assist with BRC activities and quality projects.
  • Partner with QA managers for customer system new accounts setup.
  • Assist with customer requirements and customer specifications management.
  • Assist with raw materials and finished product specifications central database.
  • Manage document control module system.
  • Collect data and enter information into customer portal web bases.
  • Assist with bi-annual FDA registration from all Ole's facilities.
  • Support special studies in cooperation with the Quality Assurance Department.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree (desirable).
  • Skilled in computer software systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Vision, etc.).
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preference.
  • English spoken mandatory.
