We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Pullman Regional Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide prompt and accurate pharmaceutical care to patients, nurses, and providers.
Responsibilities- Read, interpret, and extract patient information from charts accurately.
- Monitor and adjust drug therapy regimens based on individual patient characteristics and needs.
- Verify medication orders before dispensing to patients.
- Dispense medications to all areas of the hospital.
- Supply drug information and counsel patients, family members, staff, and providers on appropriate drug use.
- Dose drugs pharmacokinetically, monitor results, and adjust as needed.
- Complete drug reviews and supervise support personnel.
- Document clinical activities and interventions accurately and completely.
- BPharm or PharmD degree.
- Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington or eligible for licensure within 2 months of hire.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience.
- Pharmacy Residency and/or Board Certification optional.
