At Barnabas Health Medical Group, we are seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join our team. This role will be based in Dayton, NJ. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical and administrative functions of our primary care practice.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine clinical tasks, such as taking and recording vital signs, medical histories, preparing patients for examination, drawing blood, processing prescription refills, and assisting with minor procedures as directed by a physician or health practitioner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical duties, including but not limited to:
  • Taking and recording vital signs, medical histories, and preparing patients for examination
  • Assisting with minor procedures as directed by a physician or health practitioner
  • Processing prescription refills and laboratory requests

In addition to clinical responsibilities, this role will also involve clerical tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and preparing lab requests.

Requirements
  • BLS Certification approved by AHA
  • Medical Assistant Certification: NHA, NCCT, AMT, AAMA, NCMA, AMCA, AECA, or NAHP
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $$48,000 - $60,000, depending on experience.
