Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting virtual assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing engaging and effective virtual speech therapy sessions to students. Responsibilities
  • Virtual Assessments: Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to identify speech and language disorders in K-12 students.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop tailored treatment plans and goals for each student's unique needs.
  • Virtual Therapy Sessions: Provide engaging and effective virtual speech therapy sessions to students.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication development.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Active Kentucky state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in school-based settings or teletherapy is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in teletherapy technology.
