About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Thornton & Grooms Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for handling customer concerns, resolutions, and damages that come in via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles customer concerns, resolutions, and damages via phone and email
  • Focuses on our Home Care Club and being an advocate for the program
  • Reviews Home Care Club memberships, answers customer-related questions, and handles cancellations
  • Welcome calls to new members and handles all member gifts
  • Handles community service initiatives within the company

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of Experience in a customer service-related profession
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy skills, including Microsoft products, especially Excel
  • Ability to pass prescreening requirements: Clear 9-panel drug test and background check
