  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain and 7-10 years in program management and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Influencing Skills: Demonstrate the ability to inspire and influence others towards a common vision.
  • Organizational Skills: Be a self-starter with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
