  • Deliver quality assurance and improvement guidance, along with expertise in local process enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure the effective execution of strategies aimed at measuring and enhancing outcome metrics.
  • Oversee quality improvement objectives and monitor results and measurements.
  • Analyze incident data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
  • Facilitate training on incident reporting and provide technical support within the region.
  • Conduct internal investigations regarding incidents and/or allegations.
  • Perform audits and assist operations in preparation for licensing and certification evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in quality enhancement or a related social services field is required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • A strong commitment to quality in all aspects of your work.
