- Deliver technical assistance and expertise in quality assurance and improvement initiatives within local processes.
- Ensure the effective execution of strategies aimed at measuring and enhancing outcome metrics.
- Oversee quality improvement objectives and monitor relevant outcomes and metrics.
- Analyze incident data and generate comprehensive reports for management review.
- Facilitate training on incident reporting and provide technical support across the region.

- Perform audits and assist operations in preparation for licensing and certification evaluations.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of three years' experience in quality improvement or a related field in social services is essential.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance.
