Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the day-to-day issues faced by our business and identify opportunities for improvement using data analysis.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for EDI and reporting, ensuring seamless communication with trading partners and clients.
  • Successfully onboard new trade partners into LOG-NET's platform and provide ongoing support.
  • Compile and analyze data related to business and EDI issues, providing actionable insights to drive process improvements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of LOG-NET's platform and its capabilities, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Conduct analysis, create presentations, and produce reports on the supply chain outlook, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop carrier scorecard reports and analysis, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Facilitate integrated logistics communication with trade partners and carriers, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Coordinate client problem-solving and troubleshooting, providing timely and effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with EDI and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of international supply chain management.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required for this position.
