Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate documentation to ensure accountability and precise charging, as well as anticipate and maintain adequate inventory of supplies and medications while controlling costs and eliminating waste.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of reprocessing endoscopes, accessories, and automatic washers.
  • Administer medication pre, intra, and post procedure, establishing a physical environment conducive to the delivery of safe and efficient patient care.

Requirements:

  • RN Diploma or Associates of Nursing Degree required
  • 1-3 years of Endoscopy RN experience in a hospital setting and experience in conscious sedation required
  • VA RN license or valid RN Compact State License required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Salary:

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience
