Qualifications for a Financial Systems Analyst
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Coding and/or Accounting certifications are also considered.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or specialized Data Analysis in these areas.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience utilizing SQL for problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Analytics and Visualization tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, or Looker (preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and contribute to project teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Effective communication skills, capable of achieving consensus with peers, articulating complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and providing clear updates on project status.
- Self-driven and organized, with strong time management skills.
- Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Over 1 year of SQL experience.
- Experience with BI visualization tools for more than 1 year.
