Position Overview:

We are seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients at our financial center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive banking services by accurately executing all financial transactions promptly within established limits, while maintaining a solid balancing record.
  • Leverage knowledge of available banking products and services to enhance and expand client relationships.
  • Identify and fulfill clients' needs by offering a range of services, including issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, processing money transfers, and accepting loan payments.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities for product referrals.
  • Explore and maximize cross-selling opportunities based on clients' requirements.
  • Adhere to all laws, regulations, and bank policies while performing duties.
  • Address client concerns through direct action or by referring them to appropriate resources.
  • Maintain confidentiality of bank records and client information in accordance with security policies.
  • Engage with management daily to discuss progress towards individual and branch objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, cashiering, customer service, or related fields.
  • Proficient understanding of mathematics, cashiering, balancing, and banking products.
  • Strong balancing and customer service skills are essential.
  • Experience in cash handling, customer service, and/or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to meet sales and referral goals is advantageous.
  • Capability to cross-sell banking products based on client needs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.
Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Flexibility to work within the specified hours, including rotating Saturdays, is necessary.
