Compensation:$50,000 - $65,000 annually

Qualifications:We are in search of our next exceptional salesperson, and you might be the perfect fit. To be considered for this role, you must:
- Possess sales experience—not merely order-taking. We value direct sales experience, such as in Insurance, Automotive, or similar fields.
- Have a proven track record of achieving results. Sales are fundamentally about outcomes, and we seek individuals who persist despite challenges.
- Exhibit strong typing and computer skills. If you have experience but lack proficiency in technology, this role may not be suitable for you.
- Be a collaborative team member. Our core belief is to “Value others above yourself,” which extends to clients and colleagues alike.
- Demonstrate a desire to make a positive impact. We believe in transforming lives, one satisfied client at a time.
- Be punctual. For client meetings, being on time means arriving early.
- Have experience in team sports. We appreciate individuals who understand teamwork and are open to coaching.
- Possess resilience. Sales often involve rejection; it’s crucial to view “no” as “not yet.”
- Master the basics of communication and relationship-building, follow up diligently, and be comfortable with performance evaluations.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility for client needs.
As a law firm, we cannot share fees, but you will be fairly compensated based on your performance.
