Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular assessments and audits to evaluate performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Communicate quality-related issues and non-conformances to customers and work with them to implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on the implementation of quality improvement plans.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive quality and efficiency within the quality management function.
- Mentor and provide guidance to entry-level Quality Associates.
- Perform on-site source inspection to check the conformity of product or assembly before it is shipped to the purchaser.
- Ensure purchased material conforms to all PO and/or SOW, drawing, and specification requirements.
- Ensure product quality is provided by the guidelines contained within Quality Requirements that are placed on each item by the PO and/or SOW, drawings, and all referenced specifications.
- Take physical measurements of drawing critical features to ensure conformance.
- Review First Article Inspection package.
- Familiar with PPAP requirements.
- Manage reported product Non-conformances, conduct RCCA (Root Cause, Corrective Action) analysis and drive product quality improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality management, engineering, or supply chain management.
- 3-6 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of quality management principles and techniques.
- Experience with quality assessments and audits.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems is a plus.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
