About the Role

As a Visual Merchandiser at H&M Group, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and inspiring customer experience in our stores. You will be responsible for implementing the Visual Identity, setting up garment presentations, and ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and aligned with the H&M brand and values.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the Visual Identity in our stores, including setting up garment presentations and window displays.
  • Work closely with the Store Management team to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and share knowledge with the store team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support the store team to achieve an excellent customer experience.
  • Ensure that all visual materials and props are maintained and organized.
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of transferrable experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
  • Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to travel to support other stores.
