We are seeking a skilled Module Equipment Technician to join our team at Intel's New Mexico Disaggregation Manufacturing Operation (NM DMO) in Rio Rancho. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization to ensure the efficient production of high-quality semiconductor products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure optimal production levels.
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement new processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, manuals, and training materials.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or certification in a relevant field, such as equipment maintenance, electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, electronics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with process control systems, schematics, and complex drawings/diagrams.
- Knowledge of integrated circuit fabrication processes and techniques.
- Experience with training and development, including creating technical documentation and training materials.
