We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Avalon Care Center at Northpointe in Spokane.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity throughout the day.

Salary: $22.50 - $28.35 per hour, with opportunities for wage increases based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working 8-hour shifts across various schedules (day, evening, and night). You will have the opportunity to work a 4-on, 2-off rotating schedule, allowing for regular days off and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Provide personal care services, such as hygiene and oral care
  • Maintain resident rooms in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner
  • Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be a certified nursing assistant in good standing with the State
  • Meet State and federal requirements for continuing education (12 hours)
  • Read, write, and follow oral instructions and written directions
  • Have recent education or clinical hours
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Pass a criminal background investigation and reference inquiry
  • Meet vaccine mandate attestation requirements (vaccinated or documentation for exemption)
