Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition and Contract Management Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, developing sourcing strategies, and building relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and maintain contractual terms and conditions with suppliers
  • Develop bid tenders and lead efforts to solicit commercial offerings
  • Lead ad hoc and emergency requirements, ensuring timely delivery and quality services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, including regular meetings and open communication
  • Provide active solutions to business needs, acting as a key liaison for assigned categories
  • Lead development of sourcing strategies and tactical execution plans for assigned categories
  • Review market factors to determine optimal sourcing strategy
  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement and market intelligence practices to drive efficiencies and cost reductions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
  • Intermediate level of proficiency conducting RFP's, sourcing evaluations, and post-award contract management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and GEP experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or a related technical discipline
