Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our team who is passionate about helping people and driving results. The successful candidate will be responsible for building lasting relationships with candidates, sourcing and attracting top talent, and developing job descriptions and job specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with established clients in various industries to understand their recruitment needs
- Source and attract top candidates using databases, social media, and other tools
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Screen candidate resumes and job applications to ensure the best fit for the role
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes to ensure they meet the client's requirements
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client and candidate success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is strongly preferred
- Ability to comprehensively understand complex and technical job requirements
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other performance-driven environments is a plus
- No previous recruiting experience required-we will train you
