About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities may include:
  • Assisting residents with personal care needs, including toileting, feeding, and transferring.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in conversations, reading, or watching movies together.
  • Maintaining resident confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the state of Texas or willingness to obtain within four months of employment.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other healthcare professionals, families, and residents.
  • Capacity to maintain regular attendance and adapt to changing circumstances.

Estimated Salary
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience, location, and company standards.
