Nexion Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to oversee the day-to-day nursing activities of our facility. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Job Description
  • Supervise charge nurses, aides, and other providers of care in carrying out their responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient/resident status and ensure resources are in place to meet needs
  • Makes physical rounds assessing quality of care and interacting with caregivers and patients/residents
  • Administer medication/treatments as prescribed
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
  • Valid registration as an RN in the state of practice
