Nexion Health Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at Nexion Health, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day nursing activities of our skilled care facilities. Your role will involve supervising charge nurses, aides, and other caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $36-$38 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. In addition to competitive wages, we offer an excellent benefits package, including a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time licensed nurses.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Monitor and improve quality of care by conducting regular assessments and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Valid registration as an RN in the state of practice.
  • Completion of relevant state Board of Nursing-approved education or training programs.
