Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Installation Specialist - Evening Shift to join our team at Nesco Resource. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing custom graphics, removing factory-installed components, and installing new components on customer vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install custom graphics, remove factory-installed components, and install new components on customer vehicles.
- Ensure installations are done according to customer requirements and written work instructions.
- Assist with training and development of the Accessory Installation Technician position.
- Safely install accessory components on customer vehicles, including mid to high-level custom graphics, splash guards, cross bars, remote starts, de/re content, bumpers, wiring installation, and other customer-required upfits.
- Refer to the weekly installation schedule to determine daily build requirements.
- Ensure graphics or accessories are installed per customer and company requirements, including productivity and quality rates.
- Ensure all non-conforming material is tagged as per applicable procedures.
- Perform a final inspection on all products installed on vehicles prior to shipping and document on a Final Inspection Check sheet.
- Perform work in a safe manner per the Company health, safety, and environmental policies and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
- Alert the immediate supervisor of any problems or concerns relating to health, safety, or environmental issues.
- Other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor or designee.
