Job Summary
BraveView, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Customer Relationship Manager to manage and grow a $1.2mm book of business consisting of HOA's, Multifamily and Commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of landscape maintenance principles and irrigation techniques to ensure high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients to ensure quality control and service excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with Operations Supervisors to delegate daily assignments and ensure high productivity levels.
• Conduct monthly walk-throughs with clients to identify and document discrepancies and ensure 100% resolution.
• Propose, estimate, and sell enhancements to clients to increase revenue.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance principles, irrigation techniques, and soil preparation techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and excellent computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.

Compensation
$70-75k base salary plus uncapped commissions on meeting performance metrics and enhancement sales.
