Job Title: Commercial Landscape Customer Relationship Manager

BraveView, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a $1.2mm book of business consisting of various clients, including HOA's, Multifamily, and Commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial landscape clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of quality control and service
  • Conduct monthly walk-thrus with clients to identify and document discrepancies and ensure 100% resolution
  • Propose, estimate, and sell enhancements to clients
  • Interface with clients to ensure all expectations are met
  • Delegate daily assignments to operations supervisors
  • Provide direction and onsite coordination as needed to maintain highest levels of productivity
  • Assure compliance and adherence with plans and contracts
  • Professionally represent the company at all times and in all meetings
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial landscape sales or customer service
  • Strong understanding of landscape maintenance principles and irrigation techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base salary of $70-75k plus uncapped commissions on meeting performance metrics and enhancement sales. Benefits include medical, 401k match up to 4%, PTO, holiday pay, take-home vehicle, cell phone, and laptop.
