Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Management Advisor to join our team at Androscoggin Bank. As a key member of our Treasury Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their financial needs are met, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customized solutions to clients, including new account setups, account maintenance, and contract management.
  • Coordinate complex account setups, such as sweep accounts, account analysis billing systems, and lockbox services.
  • Review and onboard new clients, providing training on online banking systems, ACH processing, and wire processing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to deepen their engagement and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client servicing issues and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry changes, regulatory requirements, and best practices, ensuring compliance and excellence in all aspects of the role.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school, or 5+ years of related experience and/or training.
  • 5+ years of experience in Treasury and/or Government Banking support functions and services.
  • 2-3 years of experience with online banking systems, Weiland systems, ACH processing, and wire processing.
  • AAP or APRP certification preferred.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
