We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Maternity Float Pool Nurse to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Beaverton, OR. As a Maternity Float Pool Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients and their families.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time night shift position with rotating weekends and holidays. We offer a competitive salary range of $48.32 - $66.65 per hour, plus additional compensation for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Maternity Float Pool Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to patients in various stages of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in various stages of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, identifying potential complications and taking appropriate action to prevent harm.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and other relevant information.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
