  • Coordinate and manage customer inquiries related to cloud services, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Act as the primary liaison for customers, facilitating meetings, documenting service requests, and liaising with vendors as necessary.
  • Identify and escalate recurring issues to management, while effectively communicating impacts to clients.
  • Investigate product or service issues by identifying root causes and advising government stakeholders on potential solutions.
  • In case of incidents or outages, adhere to APS incident management protocols to report, analyze, monitor, and communicate with clients regarding the situation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis or operational support. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 and SharePoint is essential. Candidates should be self-motivated learners with a strong understanding of governmental processes. Familiarity with SAFe methodologies is preferred. Experience as a product owner, in gathering stakeholder requirements, or in developing user stories for IT projects is advantageous. Strong conceptual and strategic thinking abilities are necessary, along with critical thinking, analytical skills, and active listening. Candidates must be able to meet deadlines, manage project plans, address conflicts proactively, and juggle multiple projects effectively. A solid understanding of strategic communications and media industry principles as they apply to the government sector is required. Attention to compliance documentation is crucial. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with all organizational levels. U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
